Waterproofing

  • We use Schluter® Kerdi and Ditra membranes and Georgia Pacific® DensShield tile backer boards — no green board shortcuts.

  • All seams are waterproofed with membrane overlaps, not just caulk.

  • Moisture-resistant backer boards are sealed at all penetrations (fixtures, niches, valves) to prevent hidden leaks.

  • Redundant waterproofing in high-exposure areas like shower niches and benches for extra durability.

  • Proper slope-to-drain for all shower pans (1/4” per foot minimum).

  • We use LASH clip leveling systems for tight grout lines and no lippage

  • Level 360° laser leveling ensures no sloped or crooked walls.

  • Tiles cut with wet saws, not snap cutters, for cleaner edges.

  • Premium thin-set mortars and grouts are used to ensure long-term adhesion and stain resistance.

  • Expansion and movement joints are properly integrated to prevent cracking and tile failure over time.

Tile Installation

  • We upgrade supply lines to PEX with brass fittings for durability.

  • All valves installed at ADA-recommended heights for accessibility if requested.

  • Pressure-tested before wall closure to prevent leaks.

  • Shut-off valves are installed on all new fixtures for easier future maintenance and repairs.

  • Drain lines are properly vented and sloped to ensure smooth flow and prevent future clogs.

Plumbing & Fixtures

  • Dedicated 20-amp GFCI circuits for bathroom outlets

  • All lighting installed with IC-rated recessed cans or LED upgrades

  • Heated floors connected to programmable smart thermostats

  • All wiring completed to meet or exceed Ontario Electrical Code standards for safety and reliability

  • Exhaust fans properly sized and vented outdoors to prevent moisture buildup and mold issues

Electrical

  • We use sanded caulk matched to grout—no cheap silicone patches.

  • Paint: Benjamin Moore Aura Bath & Spa series for mildew resistance

  • Clean job site daily—no debris left behind.

  • Trim, vanities, and fixtures installed with laser alignment for a clean, professional finish.

  • Final walkthrough and quality checklist completed with the homeowner to ensure every detail meets expectations
